We refuse to sell ourselves short. House Design Studio was
started with the purpose of providing house plans with fresh
appeal and, most importantly, character. The internet is rife
with web sites that offer thousands of house plan options
resembling one another in a dry and unoriginal fashion. We refer
to these homes as "cookie-cutter"; designs that are relatively
simple to draw and build yet miss the novel dynamic. As you
browse our unique designs via the

Studio Gallery, you will witness what's original. That is
the promise issued by House Design Studio to our clientele.
Personal Experience
Whether communicating with us via online or our toll-free
number, you will never speak to a machine. The investment in a
home should be taken seriously and involve a personal touch. If
you have made a purchase and have questions, or your builder
needs to consult one of our designers on a plan, we will be
readily available. If our designs don't fit the exact needs of a
client, we offer a
Custom Design service, in which a member of our team will
work with you, one-on-one, to design a plan that meets
your exact specifications. We accomplish this personal
experience by arranging a phone (or, if local, an in-person)
meeting that works with your busy schedule.
Much of our business is built via recommendation, making client
satisfaction the highest priority in our company.
Value
House Design Studio has remained competitively priced along with
a value that exceeds our competition. Many web sites and
architects/home designers charge numerous fees yet don't offer
the experience, quality, unique appeal or reputation offered by House Design Studio.
The plans offered by architects and builders are most times three times the cost of HDS, yet offer only "cookie-cutter" styles that are outdated and unoriginal. We
have over 25 years of residential and commercial experience, and
